Most Flexible Payment System on the Market!
Too often with online classes such as these, students are asked to make large payments upfront, having to commit to attending classes over a fixed (and extensive) period of time. While many programs have refund policies, the policies are often harsh and inflexible. As a counterweight, Oratio Antiqua does not require students to pay for a bundle of classes upfront. Rather, students pay for the classes as they go! We will meet once a week over Zoom, and students pay for the individual lesson in the days approaching. Can’t make a lesson? No problem! Oratio Antiqua will send a summary of the concepts covered, so you know what you may need to catch up on.
While we do not ask for a long-term commitment (e.g, you do not need to pay upfront for 3 months worth of classes), the payment for each class must be made at least 3 days before. For a refund, you must give notice to Oratio Antiqua 24 hrs before the scheduled class.
Additionally, if you wish, you can also pay up to a month in-advance, and the same refund policy will apply. In other words, if you pay for four lessons in advance, but then have to miss one, provided that you give us at least 24 hrs notice, we can either refund the payment for that lesson or credit it to a future lesson. Additionally, for a class to run in a given week, at least 2 students must be enrolled for that session. If a class does not run for that week, the week’s lesson will be refunded for enrolled students.
